Welcome to our Women’s Health page for mid and south Essex
Mid and South Essex ICB are developing a Women’s Health Strategy which focuses on issues locally so we can improve Women’s Health in our area. We want to think about women’s health over the course of a whole lifetime – from vaccinations against HPV, problems with periods, and contraception, all the way through to menopause and bone health.
To be able to provide the best care possible we need to work out what the priority areas are.
We will do this by looking at local need and comparing this to what’s available and where; and will also identify barriers to getting care when you need it.
We cannot provide the best service possible without knowing what our residents want, need, and have.
Therefore we are asking you to help us.
Firstly, we would appreciate your time to complete a quick survey to help us understand what is important to you. The survey can be found below.
Information on current projects that are already underway and ways to get involved and have your say in shaping our services will be posted on this page, so please keep in touch!
