    Your responses will remain anonymous. NHS Mid and South Essex ICB will use what you tell us for analysis and reporting. NO information you share with us will contain any details that could identify you. Any report created using the insight you provide may be available to both NHS staff and the public and include anonymous quotes taken from your responses.
