Key Dates

We'll be at the Castle Point Active's Christmas open day at The Paddocks on Saturday 6 December 2025. 

We'll be there to offer blood pressure checks, health and wellbeing checks and advice you need to help you stay well this winter.

The open day is on from 10am to 2pm and is FREE to attend.
