As part of the transformation of weight management services, NHS Mid and South Essex want to gather feedback on residents’ experience of weight management services.
NHS Mid and South Essex wants to improve the way people access and experience weight management services, so to help us achieve this we want to bring together our partners in collaborative ways to improve the health of our residents. We are keen to get the views and experiences of those who have used any of these weight management services and those who have not. The feedback will help to identify opportunities and barriers that can be used to inform the design and delivery of future services.
What are weight management services?
Weight Management Services refers to programmes that are designed to provide residents with the knowledge, tools and support needed for successful, sustainable weight loss with a focus on promoting health and wellbeing.
Anonymity
Your responses will remain anonymous. NO information you share with us will contain any details that could identify you. All information provided will be grouped with other responses in a non-identifiable way. The anonymised results and reports will be shared with partners and may be published in the public domain. This survey is voluntary and any information you share with us will not affect any care you receive.
