We’re inviting people across mid and south Essex to share their views and experiences of adult vaccinations, including COVID-19 boosters, flu, pneumococcal, RSV, and shingles.
We know that our area has lower vaccination rates than other parts of the East of England. We want to understand why this might be, so we can make services more accessible and address any concerns you might have. We are also looking at how we can improve the way we communicate about vaccinations - ensuring the information we provide is clear, relevant and tailored to help people make informed decisions about their health.
This short, anonymous survey explores local people’s attitudes towards vaccination, as well as the practical factors that influence their decisions. It forms part of a wider piece of work, supported by focus groups and engagement with community, faith and voluntary sector partners.
Your feedback will help us shape a fairer, more inclusive vaccination service for everyone. The survey takes around five minutes to complete.
If you would like to share more detailed feedback, please email: mseics.getinvolved@nhs.net.
