Oral health is an indicator of overall health and wellbeing. Poor oral health can have a significant impact on children’s and young people wellbeing and development, whilst good oral health can contribute to school readiness. The Mid and South Essex (MSE) Oral Health Improvement Programme is an MSE wide Campaign to increase Child Oral Health Awareness across Health, Social Care and Education services within MSE.

    Please take a moment and tell us about you and your families oral health and you will be helping us to design oral health services in mid and south Essex.

    NO information you share with us will contain any details that could identify you. All information provided will be grouped with other responses in a nonidentifiable way. 

    The anonymised results and reports will be shared with partners and may be published in the public domain. This survey is voluntary and any information you share with us will not affect any care you receive.

    NHS Mid and South Essex, as part of our improving children's oral health campaign, we want find out how many resources you could use in your area, your capacity to store them and when you might need to have new resources delivered. 

    These resource will include:

    • Toothbrushing kits
    • Tooth brushing charts
    • Child oral health leaflets
    • Send oral health leaflet
    • Posters
