Mid and South Essex ICB wants to improve quality of phlebotomy service for patients.
This service includes routine blood sampling and blood testing services in the community, meaning that hospital referral is the last resort. The service supports the delivery of integrated working and the strategic aim of delivering more services outside of acute hospital settings. Your anonymous feedback will be used to help us understand patient needs and to develop better quality local services.

We are collecting the experiences from people who have had a blood test in the mid and south Essex area.
We will be using your feedback to improve our blood testing service.
The survey should take 10 minutes, or so to complete. Anonymity
Your responses will be used by the Mid and South Essex Integrated Care System (MSE ICS) for the purposes of analysis and reporting on an anonymous basis. Any data shared with us, will NOT contain any information that could identify you. The report will be available to the public and anonymous quotes may be included.
