Maternity Antenatal Education Survey

We are reviewing antenatal education classes across Mid and South Essex.  Antenatal education classes refer to the information, support and guidance provided during pregnancy to help prepare for childbirth, parenthood and caring for a newborn.

Please take a few minutes to complete a short survey to help us understand what’s working well, where improvements can be made, and how we can make services more accessible and inclusive for families.

Your feedback is important to us and the survey should take no more than 10 minutes to complete.

This survey will close on Monday 3rd November.
