Community hospital services in mid and south Essex
NHS Mid and South Essex wants to find out what people think of interim changes to some community services ahead of this winter, how they use these facilities and what they expect from community bed based services, including maternity at St Peter's Hospital, Maldon, and how they use outpatient services.
