Your Heart, Your Health: Cholesterol Survey

Do you have or been diagnosed with high cholesterol? (hypercholesterolemia or hyperlipidaemia)

We want to understand patient awareness, experiences, and attitudes toward cholesterol management and related medications, such as statins.

Your responses to our survey will help improve services and support for people at risk of cardiovascular disease.

Please only complete this survey if you have been told by a GP that you have high cholesterol or have been diagnosed with high cholesterol.
